Private classes by Michaelle for individuals or groups can be booked
in advance. Learn to do yoga safely and easily without pain. Get
specific instructions to start or improve your yoga practice and
become your own "teacher". Lessons can be recorded on CD to give you
a practice tool of your own specialized yoga session. If you have
ever felt uncomfortable doing yoga , have incurred injuries from
yoga, or if you feel like you can't do yoga, a private lesson
will give you a detailed model to follow and keep learning
from. You can obtain optimal strength, flexibility and ease in
your being through yoga.
